Representatives of the project coordinator, Local Democracy Agency Mostar, held a meeting with representatives of the City of Mostar in the City Hall today to acquaint them in more detail with the project activities so far, as well as the following activities.
This is the eleventh meeting with representatives of local governments involved in the LINK 4 Cooperation project, which aims to review what was done during the first year of the project in 12 cities and municipalities in BiH, which are the beneficiaries of the project.
On behalf of the City of Mostar, representatives of the project team were received by the Mayor of Mostar, Mario Kordić and the President of the City Council of Mostar, Salem Marić, and Councilor Haris Nazdraić and Arnel Voljevica, Head of the Mayor’s Office.
During the meeting, the project activities were presented with a special focus on the ”European Label of Governance Excellence – ELoGE” and the ”Leadership Academy Programme (LAP)” as extremely valuable tools of the Council of Europe that will give a new dimension to local governments and civil society organizations involved.
Similar to previous meetings in other local governments in the project area, this one was also informative, so it mentioned the “grant” scheme for the civil sector in the project area, and potentially interesting models of joint promotion on the project portal and social networks of the project.
